Unveiling an exciting new project in a century old yarn factory.

Where you live is personal. A place to slowdown, reflect and recharge. An honest place – where you can be yourself.
Lanehouse offers a private address at an intimate scale, on a cobble stone laneway animated by high design.
Tucked into the Bloordale neighbourhood, Lanehouse on Bartlett is a former yarn factory thoughtfully reimagined by Curated Properties into 13 loft-houses and 3 flats.

Lanehouse on Bartlett’s remained industrial-feel mirrors Bloordale’s history

Nestled in the heart of Toronto’s Bloordale neighbourhood, developer Curated Properties is transforming a former yarn factory into striking loft-style houses.

Once complete, Lanehouse on Bartlett will contain 13 loft-houses and three flats. While the development is preserving its authentic roots, it also boasts forward-thinking features and finishes. Each suite will be dressed in raw materials, like exposed brick, to play up the soaring 18-foot ceilings and skylit cathedral master baths.

A cobblestone laneway leads to the lofts, encouraging residents to explore the surrounding neighbourhood. Not only has Bloordale received a modern facelift in the last decade, but new restaurants and shops are constantly popping up in the area. Take for instance the recently-opened Bar Isabel or trendy Bar Neon that continues to garner buzz. The area is also home to a variety of other unique retail stores and art galleries.

Lanehouse is still in its early stages, so keep your eyes and ears open for more updates soon! In the meantime, register online for access to exclusive project details.
